Our roots are in Monterey County and it's homes. We were here when they were built, we were here when they were sold, we were here when they grew into neighborhoods, and we will be here for you when you want to move in or move on.
 
For over 50+ years, Norm Yop is a trusted and well known name in the Monterey County real estate market.  Since the 1950s, the Yop family has developed land, built homes and completed small commercial projects. We are a full-service real estate company specializing in residential  home sales, residential development and subdivision sales.  We also provide services in commercial/industrial development and sales; land/lot development and sales, and property management.   We have had the pleasure of being involved in many of the newer subdvision developments in the Salinas Valley.
 
In this current market, we have expanded our services to include short sales and bank owned property sales.
